    • 現今資訊科技技術發展快速，集團化企業經常跨足不同產業領域，如何進行大數據、人工智慧與各式資料分析的整合應用成為企業面臨的重要議題，當企業內資訊單位面對不同產業領域的資訊系統軟體專案時，如何能夠運用專案管理能力在專案範圍內如期、如質且符合成本的達成專案目標，是資訊單位的一大挑戰。
    本研究旨在透過個案研究方法，以服務單位軟體系統專案執行現況，探討軟體系統專案從啟始、規劃、執行、監控與結案等階段的流程與所產出的知識文件項目，以及進行個案公司專案系統部在知識屬性、管理模式、組織學習與資訊科技應用等各項的知識項目盤點活動。最後採用美國國際專案管理協會（PMI）的專案管理指南以及知識管理相關理論為基礎，配合個案公司資訊系統軟體專案之執行經驗，從專案流程、知識移轉、組織學習及績效評估構面，提出個案公司專案系統部專案管理知識移轉模式之建議以及對專案績效的影響，期望透過建立完善的專案管理經驗知識移轉模式，有效提升企業整體專案管理成效與水平，進而提升企業於產業領域的競爭力。

    Nowadays, information technology is developing rapidly. Group companies often span different industries. How to integrate big data, artificial intelligence and various types of data analysis has become an important issue for enterprises. When the information technology department in enterprises handle system software projects over different industries, how to be able to use the project management ability to achieve the project goal on schedule, quality and cost in the scope of the project is a major challenge for the IT department.
    The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of the software system project from the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of the software system project and the knowledge file project produced through the case study method, and to conduct the case company. The Project Systems Department conducts inventory activities for knowledge items, management models, organizational learning and IT applications. Finally, based on the project management guidelines of the US International Project Management Institute (PMI) and the relevant theories of knowledge management, and with the implementation experience of the case company information system software project, from the project process, knowledge transfer, organizational learning and performance evaluation, propose a case company project. The recommendations of the system management knowledge transfer model and the impact on project performance are expected to improve the overall project management effectiveness and level by establishing a sound project management experience knowledge transfer model, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the industrial field.
