  • 隨著半導體產值愈來愈大,近年來5G(第五代行動通訊系統,5th Generation Mobile Networks或5th Generation Wireless Systems,簡稱5G)、IoT(Internet Of Things)物聯網、AI(Artificial Intelligence)人工智慧、自駕車、智慧醫療等應用,許多國內外晶片設計公司相繼投入相關應用領域晶片研發,以半導體產業來說,台灣位處亞太地區舉足輕重的角色,擁有從晶片設計、晶圓代工生產製造、封裝測試、終端產品設計及生產製造,是少數在全球的國家中,擁有從上游到下游一條龍的服務,台灣也擁有眾多全球知名的企業,涵蓋產品設計,代工生產製造的公司,其中、電子零件通路商也在原廠及客戶間,扮演了重要的角色。近年來,國內外晶片設計公司不斷的整併,通路商也為了爭取更大的市佔率,也隨著一起整併,大者恆大的定律一再上演著,個案公司也在這一波整併的潮流下,於2010年成為日商通路商旗下的子公司,通路商面臨競爭對手的產品及市場市佔率的競爭,一再上演搶食客戶的狀況,所以除了原本半導體晶片的代理之外,轉型附加價值為客戶提供整體系統級解決方案(Total System Solution),成為解決方案供應商(Solution Provider)更是刻不容緩的課題。
    本研究先行分析半導體產業結構,半導體市場總值以及通路商發展概況,市場應用領域分析及新技術、新應用領域發展的方向,再分析個案公司目前通路商的現況,分析所代理產品線目前面臨的處境,以BCG(波士頓矩陣)來定位各產品線所位處的象限,接著以SWOT(強弱危機分析)進行內部優劣勢分析及外部機會與威脅分析,以波特五力分析方法來分析個案公司面臨上游原廠供應商議價能力、下游客戶買方議價能力、潛在進入者、現有競爭者及替代品的威脅五個面向的處境,綜合上述分析方法與分析結果,規劃個案轉型附加價值半導體通路商之策略藍圖,並提出未來三年具體戰略執行計劃。


    With the semiconductor outputs are getting bigger and bigger recently, the application of 5G, IoT, autonomous car, smart health care etc. many chip design houses put lots of resources to R&D. In semiconductor industrial, Taiwan plays an important role in Asia Pacific, from IC design to final testing with non-stop productivities. There are many famous industrial come from Taiwan no matter IC design or manufacturing however they also need semiconductor devices distributors to coordinate between IC suppliers and customers. In the past few year, many semiconductors merge with others to get higher market sharing. With these cases, we are discussing a Taiwan local semiconductor distributor were merged by Japan semiconductor distributor in 2010. Distributors face cutthroat situations; They are not only selling devices but also, they must be a solution provider.
    First, analysis the structure of semiconductor industrial, the development of distributors, and application of new market and new technical survey. To see current situations of this merged Taiwan local distributor thru BCG, SWOT, Using Porter five forces analysis to find out how distributor to survive in this market. Planning value-added transformation in the next three years thru analysis tools.
