  • 在 2026 年台灣將進入超高齡社會,國民對健康產品服務需求和品質逐年增加,科技技術發展迅速,我們透過人工智慧 AI、大數據Big Data、雲端運算Cloud Computing、第五代行動通訊技術5G、物聯網IoT、健康穿戴裝置和手機APP 軟體之間的應用技術結合,可以提供國民即時、方便和精準的健康管理服務,讓我們有效地了解自己和家人的健康狀況,進而作出預防、處理和追蹤, 維護人生在年輕、中年和老年階段的健康。現在建立共享經濟網路商業平台的潮流風行,正是時候建構出健康管理商業平台商機之發展計劃。
    本論文研究是希望從研究分析找出健康管理商業平台的商機,其所需要之管理策略,透過本論文研究分析健康管理的產業結構、市場結構、技術資源能力和未來高齡化社會中不同年齡層顧客之需求,找出技術缺口,解決顧客痛點,切入國內市場,建立出商業營運模式於健康管理商業平台上,產生商業價值。
    研究結果發現,樂齡族商機可透過健康管理商業平台建構、發展、經營管理,於短期建立出平台對顧客的商機,中期建立出平台的品牌價值,長期建立出平台能夠連結的健康產業生態鏈。


    In 2026, Taiwan will become as old age society. The technology application of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, 5G Mobile Communication Technology, Internet of Things, Health Wearable Devices and Software could provide our citizen with instant, convenient and accurate health management in different age level.
    Multi-sided platform and Economic sharing network business platform could help us to construct a development plan for the business opportunities of health management business platform.
    This thesis is trying to find out the business management strategies required of health management business platform. Provide customer need. Cut into Taiwan domestic market and try to generate the related business value by this business platform.
    From this thesis result, the business opportunities could be built, developed, and managed by the health management business platform.
    Establish the platform business opportunities, platform brand value and promote the intelligent medical ecosystem.
