科技起於人性，雲端、智慧化科技蓬勃發展，智慧醫療照護在長照的應用勢必是未來的趨勢。也因此本研究設定以長照機構之護理人員、照服員、被照顧者家屬使用者為對象，以智慧醫療照護之特色（互聯可靠、預防協作、普及創新）作為訪談核心透過半結構式訪談進行資料蒐集，藉由長期照顧服務的使用者經驗（可用度、需求度、價值性）為科技接受模式的調節變數，並套用其「知覺易用性」、「知覺有用性」、「使用態度」、「行為意向」、「使用意願」五構面，探討使用者經驗如何影響知覺易用性、知覺有用性，進而影響使用意圖與持續使用行為，使得長照機構導入智慧化後融入日常生活照顧之必要條件，亦作為業界創新契機參考方向。

Technology start with human nature, in now days, cloud and intelligent technology is booming, the application of smart healthcare in long-term care must be the trend of the future. Therefore, this research set the nursing staff, caregiver, family members of elders as the target of the Long-term care organization, ser the feature (Connection & Reliable, Prevention & Collaboration, Popularity & Innovation) of intelligent medical caring as the core topic, and collect the information by half-structured interviewing.
Set the user experience which included Availability, demand and the value of long-tern caring service as an external variable of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) , and applying ”Perceived Usefulness”, “Perceived Ease of Use”, “Using attitude”, “Behavioral Intentions” and ”Willingness of Use” to five facets, discussing how user experience affecting Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use which in turn affecting the behavior of intention and continuous use to make the long-term care organization intelligent as a necessary condition for daily care in the future, and also serve as a reference direction to create innovation opportunities for the industry.
