自然景觀轉化創作設計,是藉由探討與聚焦於創作者所遊歷的當今自然景觀,進而產生設計創作構想與發展。透過現今的材料、製程實驗等方式,予以紀錄與傳承當代的風景。將自然景觀所呈現或生成的現象,藉由設計方法,轉化成為產品。使人們與物件在生活中,能對當今的自然景觀有所對話。

本研究,首先探討西洋美術繪畫創作中,藝術家在不同時期、不同畫派對於自然景觀記錄的角度與方式。再探討設計師如何以共感覺、情感設計、產品語意學等方式,闡述設計與相對景觀的情感面。並在設計案例中探討與分析,整理歸納出設計操作手法,作為自然風景創作設計的依據。本論文以創作的形式呈現研究成果,聚焦在創作者將特定景觀以設計方法予以紀錄,並實作出三件作品為例:(1)冰島傑古沙龍冰河湖-玻璃家飾品、(2)台灣太魯閣九曲洞-傢俱系列、(3)機窗的魔幻時刻-木百葉窗簾。將自然景觀創作,轉化與分享。


‘The study of transforming landscape to product’is a reflection of today’s natural landscapes which the author has selected from his travels. These natural landscapes subsequently inspired several design ideas that led to further development. Through by the phenomenon of natural landscapes, ideas are generated and through design methods, represented as physical products. And using modern day materials and manufacturing processes, contemporary landscapes can be recorded, preserved and passed down through generations. This allows humans and objects in life to be able to correlate with today’s natural landscapes.

During the research process, the designer first studies western paintings, and notices that the artists from different periods of time, and with different styles of painting, all had their own perspectives as well as methods of recording these natural landscapes. Subsequently exploring how designers rely on feelings and emotions to properly describe the semantic aspects of the relative landscapes. Thus being able to explain and discuss based on the design cases, sort out and organize the ideas and methods behind each design case. Thereafter using all these as evidences to back up the design philosophy. This paper presents the research and result of the creative process and focuses on how the designer used unique design methods to capture natural landscapes in 3 physical products. These design concepts include: (1) Iceland Jökulsárlón–Glacial Glass, (2) Taiwan Taroko Jiuqudong–Furniture Series, (3) Magic Hour behind Airplane Window - Wood Blinds.
