  • 本論文提出一套演算法,統計各時間地點之取水抵達速率(Arrival rate)、取水服務速率(Service rate),以分析目前飲水機使用情況,解決目前無法得知取用飲水行為之問題,並提供統一監測與設定之介面,提升管理飲水機之效率。透過使用不同硬體設備蒐集飲水機資料,採用Thingworx建置一套飲水機管理平台。最終根據排隊理論之公式,設計不同實驗場域,計算其平均排隊長度、平均排隊等待時間,驗證飲水機取水行為指數分佈。相較於教室類別,在學校中多種類別其排隊等待時間皆在5秒以內;教室類別之下課時段排隊等待時間為20秒,相差了4倍。


    Abstract — This paper proposes algorithms to get different statistical data like arrival rate and service rate, in order to analyze the current water dispenser user behavior. Uses different hardware to collect dispenser information, build up the management platform with Thingworx for providing a unified monitoring and setting interface. Improve the efficiency of dispenser management. Finally, according to the formula of Queueing Theory, design different scenarios for experimental to calculate the average queuing length and the average queuing waiting time, verify that user behavior is exponential distribution. Compared with classroom type at school, the queuing waiting time is within 5 seconds at other types; classroom type for breaktime is 20 seconds, which is a difference of 4 times.
