隨著全球創業風氣的興起,台灣新創公司的數量於1997年開始便大幅增加,在全球創業評比中,台灣的評比指數更是名列前二十名。但根據台灣政府發布的資料顯示,多數的新創公司因為面臨資源匱乏的問題而在五年內面臨倒閉的困境。
台科三維科技成立於2016年,由台灣科技大學的教授帶領研究室的學生走出校園,跨足產業界。台科三維科技利用獨特的資本架構支撐公司營運,妥善的進行資金的配置,解決資金不足的問題;利用人脈關係,網羅專業人才並轉換成公司資源。經營過程中,台科三維科技藉由現有資源的重新組合,達成階段性目標,並持續的觀察外部環境的變動,改變公司行動,達成營運目標。
本研究利用哈佛個案的方式進行研究,藉由個案故事的內容探討資本結構、社會資本、模組化、實踐歷程/制定等理論議題。了解在資源缺乏的狀況下,如何獲取資源,並加以利用達成策略目標,最後,透過對外部環境的敏捷感知,隨時調整公司行動,以維持公司營運。


With the rise of global entrepreneurialism, the number of startups in Taiwan has increased significantly since 1997. Moreover, Taiwan is ranked in top 20 of Entrepreneurial Aspirations Sub-Index. Yet the information which was released from Taiwan government indicated that majority of startups were forced to collapse in five years because of lacking resources.

A professor from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology encouraged students to walk out of campus and get involved with the industry. As a result of this, they established Taiwan 3D Tech in 2016. The team of Taiwan 3D Tech built a unique capital structure to support the operation of company. In addition, they solved the insufficient fund problem by allocating the money properly. They used their personal connections to net talents and converted into company resources. In order to achieve the milestones of Taiwan 3D Tech, the team re-combined the existing resources from the university. They focused on the change in the external environment and presented into actions to reach the operation goal.

The case is based on Harvard Case Study research method to discuss the theoretical topics of capital structure, social capital, modularity and enactment. To understand how to obtain resources and use them to achieve the strategic goal. Furthermore, to understand the importance of external environment agile perception and adjust the actions of company to maintain the operation.
