  • 近幾年來資訊電腦工業的產業生態變化非常的大,其背後推手為低價電腦的快速成長,促使相關的產業之生產設備與產品之應用成本降低。因此,廠商若可以發揮設計時的整體規劃、有效運用模組化設計來增進設計時程與設計成熟度還有生產效率,則不論在設計、工程乃至於生產等階段獲得極大化的成本節省效益。 本研究透過文獻探討、個案研究與問卷調查法,希望達成之研究目的如下:
    一、探討新產品開發的構面與內涵
    二、探討產品趨勢相關議題
    三、探討產品模組化設計、各驗證階段相關議題
    四、藉由對個案公司筆記型電腦產品模組化之設計研究與探討,除了認識產品模組化設計流程以外,盼進一步提出客觀之模組化設計與組裝流程檢核表,提供消費性電子產品產業的設計部門進行產品模組化設計之參考。
    五、透過問卷調查的方式,除了瞭解各驗證階段的實際作用以外,尚可進一步探究模組化設計所帶來之競爭優勢、以及其對消費者採購決策的影響。
    研究結果顯示:
    一、筆記型電腦具有生命週期短、體積小、高單價、組裝複雜度高、顧客送修等候期間忍受度低及因為屬於精密電子儀器故其運輸條件需求高等特性,而筆記型電腦製造商之營運挑戰則為降低存貨成本、呆料風險、關鍵零組件供需問題及未來需求之不確定性,因此,模組化設計確有其必要性。
    二、由個案公司之實例驗證得知,模組化設計確可在產品利潤率上獲得大幅度的提升。
    三、本研究揭示的EVT、DVT與PVT等階段各工作步驟;HW、SW、Reliability Evaluation for EVT、DVT,與PVT;乃至於模組化的效益,應可做為其他廠商進行模組化設計與規劃時之參考。
    四、以標準化組裝規格建立的組裝界面,可以進一步延伸產品標準化與模組化的開發效能至設計階段,使同步工程應用於產品開發,更完整的具體實踐。
    五、問卷調查結果亦顯示不論是從消費者使用便利、維修方面考量;抑或是從生產者維修效率、零件庫存、設計期程、成本降低、穩定度與成熟度,乃至於產品競爭力等,均認同模組化設計確有其正面的意義。


    The information industry of the computer is very great in ecological change to write letters in recent years, their pushes hands for the growing up fast of the low price computer behind one's back, impel the application cost of production equipment and products of relevant industries to reduce. Therefore, manufacturer overall plan, use mould group when promoting designing with design maturity have production efficiency to design effectively when can give play to the design, save benefit no matter in design, project and even cost obtaining maximization at such stages as production,etc.. This research probes into, case study and questionnaire investigation method through documents, the research purpose to hope to reach is as follows:
    First, probe into the literary composition surface and intension of new product development.
    Second, probe into the relevant topics of the trend of the products.
    Third, probe into the mould group of the products and design, each verify the relevant topics of stage.
    Design research and discussion of fourth, note type computer products mould group to the case company, besides knowing the procedure of designing of mould group of the products, wish to propose further the objective mould group designs and assembles the procedure to examine the nuclear form, offer the consuming design department of an electronic product industry to carry on model's group reference designed of the products.
    Fifth, way to pass questionnaire investigation, besides understanding that each verifies the actual function at stage, in line to probe into mould group competition advantage brought to design, and their purchase influence of decision to consumer further.
    The result of study shows:
    First, the note type computer has life cycle short, small, high unit price, assemble complexity high, customer is it build during waiting for standing degree and because accurate electron tube instrumenting to send off so their requirements for transportation demand high characteristic, material risk, the supply and demand question of the key spare part and uncertainty of the future demand of in order to reduce the stock cost, stay the note type operation challenge of computer manufacturers, so, the mould group really has its necessities to design.
    Second, proved that learns by the instance of the case company, the mould group can really get improvement by a large margin to design on the profit rate of the products.
    Third, such every job step of stage as EVT, DVT and PVT that this research announces,etc. HW, SW, Reliability Evaluation for EVT, DVT, and PVT; And even in group benefit of the mould, can make the reference while designing and planning the mould group for other manufacturers while answering.
    Fourth, can extend products standardization and group development efficiency of the mould to design phase further by standardizing and assembling the equipment interface set up of the specification, make the synchronous project apply to product development, an more intact concrete practice.
    Fifth, the questionnaire investigation result also shows no matter easy-to-use and maintaining the respect to consider from consumers; Maintain efficiency, part stock, design issues of Cheng, cost reduce, steady degree and maturity from producer, and even wait in the competitiveness of the products, admit model's group designs the meaning that really has his front.
