農業，作為最基礎又不可或缺的生產模式，它是人類到目前為止規模最廣泛又極具重要性的經濟活動之一 。然而，提及農業，大多數人所想像的大概是年事較高的農民躬著背在耕地裡插秧、或是提著籃筐在果園裡採收作物的畫面。事實上，農業近年已經開始和數據及科技聯動，逐漸跟上時代的腳步，但我們對他的想像仍停留在他最原始的勞動行為，那是因為農業仍舊是不那麼受矚目的產業，又有多少年輕人願意將未來賭在這個古老的領域呢？
本個案描述一家公司在投入農業的過程中，因應環境變化以及對農業問題的認知轉換，而不斷挑整自身策略繼而成為推動台灣農業轉型的螺絲釘。個案主角因為對農業現狀的不滿以及抱有求知的好奇心，開啟了他的創業之路，以解決問題為目標勇往直前。他將自身所學帶到農業這個場域，企圖用科技以及資訊化的方式改變農場過於依賴經驗的作業模式。然而在創業的過程中，隨著時間的投入，個案主角每個階段對農業的困境的認知都有所改觀，加上外在環境時刻在改變，帶著個案主角走向不同的創業階段。
本論文以哈佛個案的方式進行撰寫，內容分為兩大部分：個案本文講述以及個案教學講解，前者講述個案發生的背景、經營過程以及遇到的困難與挑戰；後者則是藉由個案故事延伸探討商業模式、科技農業、資源拼湊理論以及制定理論或議題。探討科技農業所代表的意涵；分析個案轉型後的商業模式；如何透過資源拼湊來解決問題或創造機會及價值；個案創業過程是如何調整認知並快速改變。期望本個案能夠提供企業經營者或是商業管理領域的學習者新的理論與實務知識。 關鍵字：商業模式、科技農業、資源拼湊理論、制定理論

Agriculture is an ancient but essential industry, as well as one of the widest and most important economic activities of human until the present time. However, the conception of agriculture given by people is often shaped by the images of senior farmers planting rice on the farmland with their backs bent, or picking crops in orchards using baskets. In fact, agriculture has been becoming more integrated with data and technology over the years. Its development is certainly slow, but becoming more rapid in progress. Undoubtedly, the future of agriculture is unpredictable and far beyond our imagination.
The case study describes a company that has been engaged into the agriculture industry for twelve years and has continuously adapted its own strategies with response to the change in the environment. It has become a key player in the promotion of local agricultural development. The protagonist started his entrepreneurship due to his dissatisfaction with the general state of agriculture. Through his technology expertise, he transformed the farm's traditional operation mode, which relies too heavily on experience of farmers, into the one that is more integrated with information and data and creates a new business model. Nevertheless, the more the protagonist became aware of the complex nature of agricultural problems, the more he strived to find alternative solutions. Furthermore, the varying external environment makes him to retarget his position and strategies continuously and leads to different stages of entrepreneurship.
The thesis follows the format of Harvard case and consist of two parts: a case article and a teaching guideline. Case article describes the background, the development, the difficulties, and the challenges that the company faced during its operation. The teaching guideline extends to discuss agricultural technologies, business models, bricolage, and enactment issues or case stories. Additionally, the case study will discuss the meaning of agricultural technology, analyze the business model, explain its experience bricolage, and investigate the enactment of entrepreneurial process. The case would provide business operators or learners with new theoretical and practical knowledge.
