  • 本個案乃在討論在一個新創事業的領導者,基於事業擴張及永續經營的理念,在公司達到損益兩平時,提出新的人事案,卻招到其他股東的反對,他要如何成功說服股東及幹部,接受自己所提的人事案。透過本個案探討,可以讓我們瞭解智慧型手機的發展趨勢,APP產業的發展背景,商業模式及未來可能的發展。並藉由個案公司的困境,瞭解創業的要件及企業在進行組織變革時,可能會遇到的阻力,思考可能的應對方案。整體來說,本個案所涉及的商管理論包括:創業家精神,社會資本理論,領導風格,變革管理。


    This case is discussed in a new venture leaders, in order to continually expend his business, he proposed a new candidate to be the sales and project manager in the company to achieve breakeven peacetime, but the other shareholders opposite it, how do he successfully convince shareholders to accept his nominations?
    Through this case study allows us to understand the trend of smartphones, APP industry background, business models and possible future developments. And as the leader of case company, to understand the elements of entrepreneurship and enterprises in organizational change, you may encounter resistance, thinking of possible response options. Overall, this case involves business management theory include: entrepreneurship, social capital theory, leadership styles, changes management.
