This study attempted to explore the impact mechanism between Transformation leadership and corporate entrepreneurship (CE) through cross-level analyses. Entrepreneurial orientation (EO) was chosen as the mediator, social climate (SC) was chosen as the moderator. In this study, two versions of questionnaires were used: manager version and non-manager version. Data collected from multiple resources involving 72 managers and 216 non-managers belonging to 18 companies and 36 units. Using hierarchical linear models (HLM) for data analyses, the result indicated that: Entrepreneurial orientation (EO) had mediating effects on the relationship between transformation leadership and corporate entrepreneurship (CE), and social climate (SC) had moderating effects on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and transformation leadership.
