This study explored the antecedents of cyberloafing (job boredom, work ostracism and Big-Five personality) and the consequences of cyberloafing (work performance and helping behavior). We used questionnaire survey to collect supervisor-subordinate dyadic data and obtained 304 valid pairs of questionnaires. The results showed that the antecedents of cyberloafing included:(1) job boredom was positive related to cyberloafing. (2) agreeableness and conscientiousness were negative related to cyberloafing. On the other hand, extraversion was positive related to cyberloafing. As to the consequences, cyberloafing was negative related to work performance.
