Technology advance is essential for the competitive organizations. Several organizations manage the Human Resources (HR) activities by using advanced technology to increase their quality of works. The most popular software development technology using within HR is Enterprise resource planning (ERP). It is a software system, which enriches the effectiveness of HR activities, to manage day to day business. Each of organizations assesses HR operations with different viewpoints. The most common challenges are the data complexity and the difficulty to manage the HR activities by enhancing the employee performance and organization’s capability. The purpose of this research is to investigate HR relationship for developing HR activities through Cloud-ERP system. It is significantly improving the employee performance and organization capability for the agile organization structure. The research was collected the qualitative data by case interviewing. Case selection conducted with the theoretical sampling approach. The result is a HR Cloud-ERP user flow. The implementation of the research is useful for the agile organization desiring to maximize its potential and increasing employee satisfaction and performance.
