全球因為疫情的影響,加速了企業對數位轉型的腳步,在此嚴峻的條件之下,為全球產業帶來了以數位為第一優先的世界,然而在這樣無法改變的基礎過程當中,許多線下服務及體驗都轉往線上發展,例如像網路平台服務、電子商務零售業相關等,皆大力加注投資數位核心的軟硬體建設;而2020年台灣數位廣告量全年達482億台幣,並且年年攀升,為了就是讓消費者能在網路上的瀏覽歷程能夠更多順暢,並且容易進行購買下單,或是能帶來其它轉換目標,也因如此需要用各種數位廣告方法抓住消費者眼球,才能達成目標。
本文個案公司目前正進行數位化廣告投資,並追求精準投放,以成效型廣告為首要目標,量不在多在於質量夠精準,每一筆廣告能夠準備的曝光到每個真正對房產有興趣之潛在客戶。
本研究以全球三大媒體GOOGLE、FACEBOOK、LINE三大廣告媒體進行廣告投放,並以自動饋給feed功能進行廣告曝光,再加上嚴苛之高總價帶之條件,測試是否能夠精準並有效的帶來有效轉換目標,方法及內容將在本研究中提供參考。
The world has accelerated the pace of digital transformation of enterprises due to the impact of the epidemic. Under these severe conditions, it has brought a world where digital is the first priority for the global industry. However, in this fundamental process that cannot be changed, many lines In 2020, Taiwan's digital advertising volume reached 48.2 billion Taiwan dollars in 2020. , and rising year by year, in order to allow consumers to browse more smoothly on the Internet, and to easily make purchases and orders, or to bring other conversion goals, and because of this, it is necessary to use various digital advertising methods to capture Consumers' eyeballs can achieve their goals.
The company in this case is currently investing in digital advertising, and is pursuing precise delivery. Effective advertising is the primary goal. The quantity is not too much, but the quality is accurate. Every advertisement can be prepared to expose every potential customer who is really interested in real estate.
This study uses the three major global media GOOGLE, FACEBOOK, and LINE for advertising, and uses the automatic feed function for advertising exposure. Coupled with the strict conditions of high total price band, the test is accurate and effective. The method and content of bringing effective conversion goals will provide reference in this research.
