「弱勢族群社會企業」概念,”除了以創新模式「解決社會問題」”與” 設計商業模式「維持財務自主」”取得兩者間的平衡外,強調以關懷弱勢為核心,追求社會與商業的平衡,凝聚關懷弱勢的初心,吸引社會企業投入。本個案描述社會創業家-亮羽洗衣創辦人劉月廷女士,面對接二連三被拒於企業外的身障者,展現自身技能、取得政府資源支持、喚醒人們關懷弱勢的初心,進而協助身障者發展一技之長,謀生於社會,更進一步回饋於社會,打造社會共好的環境。本研究以哈佛個案方式進行,研究內容可用於討論社會企業的商業模式、組織靈巧性、資源拼湊、社會影響力等議題。了解對於身障者組成的社會企業商業模式;如何透過組織靈巧性,達成創辦人所設立的組織的目標;如何善用自身技能,將手邊與外部資源進行盤整,並發揮創意改造精神,透過資源拼湊模式,達到資源效益最大化;最後,如何透過創新,將理念散播社會,翻轉社會對身障者刻板印象,對社會與環境產生”共好”的影響力。
The concept of "social enterprise for disadvantaged groups seeks to achieve a balance between "solving social problems" with innovative models and "maintaining financial autonomy". It does this by designing business models that emphasize the core values of caring for the vulnerable, pursue a balance between society and business, condense the original intention of caring for the vulnerable, and attract social enterprises to invest. This case describes Ms. Liu Yueting, a social entrepreneur and the founder of Liangyu Laundry, shows her skills, obtains government resource support, and awakens people's desire to care for the vulnerable who have been rejected from joining the enterprise. She then helps the disabled to develop a skill and make a living in society. This results in them giving back to society which creates a positive environment. Conducted on a Harvard case-by-case basis, this study can be used to discuss the business model, ambidextrous, resource bricolage, and the social impact of social enterprises. It also helps people to understand the social enterprise business model for people with disabilities and how to achieve the goals of the organization set by the founder through organizational dexterity. In addition, it teaches the disabled how to make good use of their own skills, consolidate the resources at hand with external resources, and exert the spirit of creative transformation to maximize the resource benefits through the resource patchwork mode. Finally, other goals are to learn how to spread ideas to society through innovation, reverse the stereotype of society about people with disabilities, and develop the "common good" mentality in society and the environment.
