在目前多變的資訊科技環境中,企業經營充滿著未知的變數和速度的考驗,為了因應環境快速變化所帶來的衝擊,如何提升組織的敏捷性,是企業求生存和求發展的重要課題。
新創企業和中、小型企業發展過程中因資源限制和困乏,需更重視資源策略和改變資源的思維,重新審視企業資源環境,利用和整合手邊資源(如:原有關係網絡、核心能力等),以別人認為無用的資源中創造新的價值或以手邊資源換取新能力或新資源,以補本身資源的不足。
本研究從資源拼湊的三大特性(包含手邊的資源、整合資源用於新的目的與將就)探討在企業發展過程中,因資源限制和困乏,如何利用手邊的資源以無成本或低成本方式交換新資源和創造新能力。本研究以一家資訊服務廠商作為個案研究對象,透過深度訪談的資料整理與本研究者的参與觀察,分析與觀察企業的發展歷程,本研究發現個案公司,各階段利用手邊資源拼湊新資源和新能力時,皆以雙贏為基礎,在展現或驗證核心能力後,形成雙方需求互補性的關係,而建立協同運作模式,而開發出新資源與新能力,進而達到組織的敏捷性,此模式可供其他組織對於發展組織敏捷性參考。
In the changing IT environment, business operation is facing the test of uncertainties and instant reactions. In order to re-act the impacts accompanied with unpredictable environment, the agile organization is the key to survive and thrive for business.
Startups and small sized of enterprises are lack of resources in their developing process. They have to pay attention to think the strategy and substitution for resources. Integrating the possessed resources which are considered useless by others can evolve new value to supplement the lack of resource themselves.
The Resources at hand, Combination of resources for new purposes and Making do are three factors in resource pastiche. We will leverage these three factors to discuss how the business lack of resource through cost free or low cost integrates its possessed resources to create or change new resources in its developing process. We select one IT service company as the subject in this thesis. By in-depth interviewing and participant observation, we analyze the company and find out this company uses win-win strategy step by step to transform its possessed resources into new resources and capabilities. When core capabilities are under tested and verified, they will complement each other and found new cooperative model. These outcomes not only make this company agilely but provide concepts to other organizations who would like to develop agile structures.
