  • 2016年11月川普贏得美國總統選舉,對於世界政經局勢的不確定性、保護主義、關稅、新車科技、環保議題、汽車法令、車廠打壓、客戶市場併購與競爭對手的加入等等不利因素夾擊下,貫理公司Henry董事長在思考如何延續既有的成功模式,並找到新的發展契機以及因應的經營策略。本個案對於台灣跨足海外的企業面對日益複雜多變的多重性問題之中,有其探討價值。
    本論文採用教學個案方式寫作,內容陳述創業家在每個發展過程中面臨各項危機所採取的決策選擇,包括產品策略、市場區隔、創新與再造策略。本論文的結論可提供跨國型中小企業於發展中,從外部困境與內部矛盾中找出一條適合自己發展的方向;論文可深入探討資源拼湊、左右開弓、商業模式與主導邏輯。


    Since the Trump's winning of 2016 U.S. presidential election, the uncertain economic and political environment, protectionism, possibly increasing tariff, new automotive technology, environmental protection, safety regulation, competition from business rivals, merger and acquisition among North American customers have become the growing issues to GHC's business. Therefore, the CHG president, Henry Chiang, has endeavored to maintain the existing succeed business model, to search for the new niche market and to develop strategies for the potential opportunity. The discussion will center on evaluating the increasingly intricate and changing challenges that the Taiwanese companies will confront while operating overseas.
    Moreover, the case study in this thesis will address entrepreneurs' conduct of strategies, including product strategy, market segmentation, innovation and reinvention, while encountering risks and challenges at every phase during business development. The conclusion of the thesis will provide possible solutions to small and medium overseas enterprises that face both external and internal difficulties. Finally, the thesis would examine Resource Bricolage, Ambidexterity, Business Model and the Dominant Logic.
