台灣具有濃厚的人情味，台灣人充滿愛心，這是舉世皆知的事。本個案的將介紹一個成立於921地震後的義工團，如何從幫助災區的弱勢族群一路發展到成為專門為全國乃至於全世界弱勢族群蓋房子的義工團體。本文中除了介紹成立原由、發展過程外，也將討論潛在的問題及未來的發展。
本論文主要介紹F義工團成立以來一些採取的作為，包括自我定位、確定方向、專案管理等。在經過了二十多年的成長之後，一切看似成功的背後，其實也有一些隱憂，也有一些瓶頸需要突破，包含一些不知不覺的浪費或是一些心態上的偏誤，這些對於一個團體的長遠發展，可能都是未來會引爆問題的點。
本論文採用哈佛教學個案方式撰寫，分為個案本文與教學指引兩部分。藉以本個案進行先行者精神、創新商業模式、專案管理、精實生產及價值共創等理論的探討。透過個案與理論二者的分析與結合，讓學生可以對個案內容和理論探討都有更深入的了解，能激發有不同的思維及作為，以利學生在未來的就業或創業時，能創造出成功的成就，以及提供相關的社會企業做為發展的參考。

Taiwan has a strong sense of humanity, and Taiwanese people are full of love. This is known to all the world. This case will introduce how a volunteer group established after the 921 earthquake developed from helping the disadvantaged groups in the disaster area to becoming a volunteer group specializing in building houses for the disadvantaged groups in the whole country and even the world. In addition to introducing the reasons for its establishment and development process, this article will also discuss potential problems and future development.
This paper mainly introduces some actions taken by the F Volunteer Group since its establishment, including self-positioning, direction determination, project management, etc. After more than 20 years of growth, behind everything that seems to be successful, there are actually some hidden worries, and some bottlenecks that need to be broken through, including some unconscious waste or some mental biases. Long-term development may be the point that will detonate problems in the future.
This paper is written in the way of Harvard teaching case, which is divided into two parts: case text and teaching guide. This case is used to discuss theories such as pioneer spirit, innovative business model, project management, lean production and value co-creation. Through the analysis and combination of case and theory, students can have a deeper understanding of the content of the case and theoretical discussion, and can stimulate different thinking and actions, so that students can create new ideas when they are employed or start their own businesses in the future. successful achievement.
