  • 隨著時代的進步和環境改變,企業與企業之間的流程不再獨立,而是藉由彼此之間的相關作業的合作,而形成了所謂的供應鏈。企業藉著在產業整合的過程中之品質系統的實施、標準化的制度與企業資訊的共享等方法,來大幅降低成本、減少人力、縮短產品生命週期、快速反應顧客需求。讓企業在面對環境快速變遷、消費型態的改變時,能有效地調整、改善企業的組織結構及整合企業的資源和技術,使其能夠有效地被運用。
    過去的研究從企業經營的角度去驗證資訊科技能力對企業整體績效有正面的影響關係。而少有從供應鏈管理的角度探討供應鏈活動和資訊科技能力的搭配關係對於供應鏈績效的影響。
    本研究以「策略型態」為觀點切入,探討不同供應鏈管理策略型態的企業和供應鏈的資訊科技能力之間的關聯,並將進一步探討是否對供應鏈效益產生影響。
    經由本研究結果分析顯示:(1) 不同供應鏈策略型態的企業其採取的供應鏈資訊科技能力不同;(2)透過供應鏈策略型態和資訊科技能力彼此之間的適配度可以達成較高的供應鏈績效。因此企業可以依照自身採取的供應鏈策略的不同,發展相對應的資訊科技能力,藉此提升供應鏈的績效。


    With the progress of the times and the environment change, business-to-business processes are no longer independent. Firms cooperate with each other in operations and constitute the supply chain. Enterprises, through the process of integration in the industry, reduce the future cost, reduce manpower, shorten product life cycles, and respond customer demand rapidly by implementing quality systems, information sharing, and standardized institutions. Thus, even facing rapidly changing environment and consumption patterns, firms can effectively adjust and improve organizational structures and integrate resources and technology. So it can be used effectively.
    In previous studies, the perspective of the enterprise management is a way to verify that there is a positive impact on the overall performance by exploring the information technology capability. However, there are a few studies from the perspective of supply chain management to explore that the effect of the supply chain performance which is affected by supply chain activities with IT capabilities.
    Based on the strategy type perspective, this study investigate the relationship between supply chain strategy type and IT capabilities as well as their impacts on supply chain performance.
    The empirical results of this study show the following findings:
    (1) The enterprises which have different types of supply chain strategies will take different supply chain information technology capabilities .
    (2) Through the adaptation between supply chain strategy and information technology capacity, we can achieve higher supply chain performance. Therefore, each enterprise can take the suitable supply chain strategy to develop information technology capabilities and to improve supply chain performance.
