  • 不同類型的網絡連結,皆嵌入屬於該網絡類型所具有的網絡資源,而各企業的資訊科技能力,在企業的策略規劃、研發創新和競爭優勢的影響上,都是先前諸多研究所探討的議題,同時也被視為企業的一項重要競爭資源。因此過去有許多文獻以網絡觀點為基礎,探討社會網絡、供應鏈網絡和集團網絡,然而大部分的網絡鑲嵌研究,皆是針對前面兩種類型來探討居多,鮮少有研究針對集團內部之網絡連結和企業本身的資訊科技能力,一起做深入的探討。
    因此,本研究目的是探討集團內部網絡鑲嵌,並將網絡鑲嵌分為:關係鑲嵌、結構鑲嵌、認知鑲嵌和技術鑲嵌,欲探究此四種鑲嵌連結,以及在各集團子公司資訊科技的相關技術能力輔助下,對集團企業之服務創新績效所產生的影響。
    本研究以中華徵信所2012年所公布的台灣前一百五十大集團的在台子公司之行銷部門主管為研究對象,以郵寄問卷進行調查。研究結果顯示:(1)集團內部網絡鑲嵌類型中,「關係鑲嵌」、「認知鑲嵌」、「技術鑲嵌」皆與「服務創新績效」有顯著的正向關係;(2)「資訊科技能力」與「服務創新績效」亦有顯著的正向關係。因此,本研究認為集團子公司與集團內部公司在合作時,可以藉由以上網絡鑲嵌的各種型式之連結,配合各公司之資訊科技能力的輔助,進而提高其服務創新績效,並提升集團整體的競爭優勢。


    There are many different kinds of resources embedded in different types of network ties, and the impact of information technology (IT) capabilities in strategy planning, innovation of development, and competition advantage have been explored in recently researches, which is also viewed as an important resource of competition. Therefore, a lot of researches are based on the network concept to investigate social networks, supply chain networks and networks of Business Groups. However, most researches of the network embeddedness usually focus on the first one and second one, but there are few studies concentrating on investigating both the internal network of the Business Groups and the IT capabilities of the enterprises.
    Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the internal network embeddedness of the Business Groups, and generalize the types of network embeddedness including: (1) relational embeddedness (2) structure embeddedness (3) cognitive embeddedness (4) technical embeddedness. We are based on these types of network embeddedness, and the aid of IT capabilities in each company to explain the influence of those kinds of network embeddedness and IT capability on service innovation performance.
    This empirical study investigates the top 150 Business Groups in Taiwan issued by China Credit Information Service of Taiwan in 2012. The results show: (1) “relational embeddedness ”, “cognitive embeddedness”, and “technical embeddedness” in internal network embeddedness of the Business Groups have significant effects on service innovation performance.(2) The IT capability in each company significant effects on service innovation performance.
