  • 在現今動盪的市場與環境中,加上企業間的活動與流程高度連結,越來越多企業使用資訊科技資源作為其內外部交流與關係聯繫的工具。跨組織的資訊系統有助於企業資訊整合與共享協作,提高發現潛在風險與威脅的機會,並透過結合其供應鏈流程與活動來開發更高階的供應鏈能力,使企業能快速反應與適應變化,進而創造新機會並維持長期競爭優勢。本研究從資源基礎觀點與動態能力理論的角度來探討供應鏈中資訊科技能力與供應鏈風險識別與掌握的關係,並進而探討對供應鏈韌性的影響。
    本研究之研究對象為天下雜誌2020年所評選出之台灣一千大製造業與一百大服務業的採購部門主管,並將線上問卷的網址及QR code印於紙本信函中,採用郵寄信函、線上填答的方式進行調查。研究結果顯示:(1)資訊科技彈性對供應鏈風險識別有正向顯著之影響;資訊科技整合對供應鏈風險識別有正向顯著之影響;資訊科技雙元性對供應鏈風險識別有正向顯著之影響。(2)供應鏈風險識別對供應鏈風險掌握有正向顯著之影響。(3) 供應鏈風險掌握對供應鏈韌性有正向顯著之影響。(4)供應鏈風險識別對供應鏈韌性有正向顯著之影響。


    In today's turbulence market and environment, coupled with the highly interconnected activities and processes between enterprises, more and more of them use IT resources as a tool for their internal and external communication and relationships. Cross-organizational information systems help enterprises to integrate and collaborate on information, enhance the chances of discovering potential risks and threats, and develop higher-level supply chain capabilities by combining their supply chain processes and activities, enabling enterprises to respond and adapt to changes quickly, thereby creating new opportunities and maintaining long-term competitive advantage. From the perspective of resource-based view and dynamic capability theory, this study aims at exploring the relationship between information technology capabilities, supply chain risk identification and seizing, and moreover improves supply chain resilience.
    The data of this study is collected from Taiwan's top 1000 manufacturing industries and top 100 service industries issued by CommonWealth Magazine in 2020. The findings of this study suggest that: (1) Information technology flexibility has a positive and significant impact on supply chain risk identification; information technology integration has a positive and significant impact on supply chain risk identification; information technology ambidextrous has a positive and significant impact on supply chain risk identification. (2) Supply chain risk identification has a positive and significant impact on supply chain risk seizing. (3) Supply chain risk seizing has a positive and significant impact on supply chain resilience. (4) Supply chain risk identification has a positive and significant impact on supply chain resilience.
