  • 於高科技產業中,過去研究及實務界都認為研發活動的績效和投入資金、人才及技術取得有莫大的關係。但是除了研發資金、人才及技術,如何從廠商內部建立組織能力充分利用現有資源才是最重要的課題。
    研究發現研發成本控制方面,研發組織跨部門溝通順暢是有正向幫助。但是研發流程重新規劃成反向影響。知識技術提升方面,研發組織採用標準化研發流程及產品模組化有正向幫助,以及個人績效評估制度方面,納入“團隊績效”及“鼓勵申請專利”都有正向幫助。但是研發流程重新規劃成反向影響。在研發進度方面,研發組織標準化流程及研發人員了解職責有正向幫助。但是研發流程重新規劃成反向影響。
    組織授權當中,專案內各功能性部門協調權力授權給專案主管,對於研發成本、知識技術提升及研發進度有正向幫助。而專案計畫內進度排程權力授權給功能性部門主管對於知識提升有正向幫助。


    In high technology industry, the past research and firms all consider that investment, human resources and technology have tremendous influence on R&D performance. Besides investment, human resources and technology, how to create capabilities to efficiently use resources the firm owns is the key to gain competitive advantage.
    This research finds that cross-functional communication has positive affect on R&D cost reduction. Standardizing R&D procedure, product module, team performance evaluation, and rewarding research patent have positive affect on it knowledge creation. Standardizing R&D procedure and understanding duties have positive affect on speeding the R&D.
    Regarding organization empowerment, the coordination right delegated to project managers would be good for R&D cost reduction, knowledge creation and speed of R&D. The schedule control right delegated to functional deparment managers would be good for knowledge creation.
