本文管理個案公司，為國內少數同時具備動力電池應用系統軟硬體整合能力的公司。自2003年公司創立起從資通訊鋰電池模組業務發跡，到開發相關電動自行車代步車以及儲能設備，個案公司經過二十年的努力，主要憑藉自主開發EMS的技術實力，獲得合作夥伴的青睞，實現整合上下游相關產業，提供全方位的電力存儲與轉換服務。
隨著再生能源發電及電動車的使用的比率越來越高，個案公司將如何與新能源市場進行接軌，以滿足各種不同場域及客戶應用的需求，已成為個案公司極大的挑戰。
本研究利用哈佛個案的方式進行，以個案公司為例，提供讀者了解個案公司在全球捲起低碳概念風潮及大力推行再生能源項目發展之下，洞察儲能系統的先機，以自身專業協助各顧客規劃電力分配及能源管理。同時探討成功的經營者所擁有的創業家精神及特質，並利用PEST理論檢視當下「政、經、社、技」四個面向對個案公司發展影響，以及運用服務主導邏輯探討個案公司創立的核心價值如何打造量身訂製的服務，提供最佳顧客滿意度。隨著市場的拓展，個案公司如何吸引外部合作夥伴共建商業發生態系。

The case company is one of the few companies in China that has the ability to integrate both hardware and software for power battery applications. Since the company was founded in 2003, it started from the business of lithium battery module of AIT, and developed related electric bicycle mobility scooter and energy storage equipment. After 20 years of efforts, Case Company has mainly relied on its technical strength of self-developed BMS and EMS to gain the favor of its partners and realize the integration of upstream and downstream related industries to provide comprehensive power storage and conversion services.
With the increasing rate of renewable energy generation and electric vehicle usage, it has become a great challenge for the case company to connect with the new energy market to meet the needs of various fields and customer applications.
This study uses the Harvard case study approach to provide readers with insight into the case company's insight into the opportunities of energy storage systems under the global low-carbon concept and the vigorous development of renewable energy projects, as well as its expertise in helping customers plan power distribution and energy management. It also explores the entrepreneurial spirit and characteristics of successful operators, and uses PEST theory to examine the impact of the current "political, economic, social, and technological" aspects on the development of the case company, and uses service-oriented logic to explore how the core values of the case company can provide tailor-made services to provide the best customer satisfaction. As the market expands, how the case company attracts external partners to build a business incubation system.
