This research aims to explore people's imagination of abnormal objects through the methodology of bodystorming, and to reflect on the possibilities of smart home appliances in the future by playing the role of drunk robot vacuum. People used anthropomorphic or zoomorphic to engage themselves with object, but the behavior of Roomba itself can establish a relationship with people and be viewed as a living being. When a living being-like machine possesses subjectivity and individuality, will it establish its own inner life, resulting in such a vague state of drunkenness as a human being? By observing and interviewing the experience and sensory changes of drunk people in the bar, a set of wearable probes designed for simulating drunk is aimed to assist the immersion of drunk experience and reduce the embarrassing threshold of acting in the test. Through the design of the experimental process and the instruction language, the subjects are allowed to play the different states of the robot vacuum in the staggered test, so as to summarize how the robot vacuum in the non-functional state will operate. Through the results of the performances and the video with drunk experience, this study inspired people's experience and imagination in their home field and robot vacuum. Finally, we may find the design rules that can be fully summarized for future smart home appliances.
