  • 摘要
    本研究以音樂頻率對人造成的影響為出發點,而我們知道音樂頻率的高低扮演著自律神經調節者的角色,較高的頻率對人的影響是較為警覺的,而較低的頻率會使人較為萎靡、放鬆的,這正好與芳香治療中的薰衣草、迷迭香造成的效應不謀而合。

    故本實驗採取實驗者內設計,選定較高頻音樂、較低頻音樂為自變項,並輔以客觀的生理指標NeuroScan EEG,及客觀執行績效指標:計算題測驗、圖形記憶測驗,另外,在主觀心理方面採用STAI問卷;在20名受測的男性中,結果發現:(1)不論較高頻音樂、較低頻音樂,由STAI問卷的呈現上均顯著地具有較高的焦慮程度(Z=-3.514,p<.05) (2)高頻音樂、低頻音樂在圖形記憶的準確度%明顯較Baseline時為佳(Z=-3.032,p<.05);(3)在腦波方面,只有低頻音樂刺激在P3位置的Delta值明顯較Baseline時小(Z=-2.896, p<.05);(4)不論是較為焦慮、較為放鬆的音樂刺激,都有更高的圖形記憶準確度 (5)在第一次與第二次圖形記憶測驗間,在答題速度上呈現顯著的學習效應(Z=-2.599,p<.05);(6)在Baseline與第一次、在Baseline與第二次圖形記憶測驗間,答題準確度均呈現顯著的學習效應(Z=-2.803,p<.05) (Z=-2.803,p<.05)。

    另外,隨著意識產業的即將崛起,降低儀器成本成為其蓬勃產業的一大關鍵因素,因此本實驗針對腦波偵測的解決方案,情商萬X科技提供EEG-2000R,評估針對四種腦波特徵Delta、Theta、Alpha、Beta較經濟型的量測方案,結果顯示萬X科技的EEG-2000R與NeuroScan EEG在量測左右腦產生的Delta、Theta、Alpha、Beta等腦波波形上,平均具有0.761的相關性,其中以Alpha波具有0.952的相關性最高。


    Abstract
    This research, as the starting point to the influence that people cause with the frequency of the music .And is acting the role who contains the person who regulates nerve by oneself in level that we know the frequency of the music ,Higher impact on people of frequency is comparatively alert ,and lower frequency will make people comparatively dispirited , relax . Just with the aromatherapy lavender and rosemary effect that causes to happen to agree completely.

    This experiment adopting “Between-Subjects design”, select high-frequency music, relatively low frequency music for an independent variable, complement it with objective NeuroScan EEG , and carry out the performance index objectively : The compute test、figure memory test. In addition, adopt STAI questionnaire in subjective psychology, Among 20 man who are examined, found finally: (1) No matter more high-frequency music, than the low frequency music. STAI questionnaire one has higher anxious degree apparently (Z=-3.514,p<.05) (2) High-frequency music and Low- frequency music are in accuracy % of the memory of the figure, is good when being obvious than Baseline (Z=-3.032,p<.05) (3) In brain wave, only the low frequency music is stimulated small when Delta value of P3 position is obvious than Baseline.(Z=-2.896, p<.05) (4)No matter the comparatively anxious and comparatively relaxing music is stimulated, there is higher figure memory accuracy (5) Test in first time and the second figure memory, The apparent study effect appears at the speed of the question.(Z=-2.599,p<.05) (6) Baseline, first time and the second figure memory test one, The apparent study effect appears in the accuracy of the question.(Z=-2.803,p<.05)

    Besides, industry namely emergence with consciousness, reduce a great key factor that the instrument cost becomes its flourishing industry. So an experiment detects the solution examined to the brain wave, Ask for technology company and offer EEG-2000R, Assess and seek Delta ,Theta ,Alpha ,Beta more economic quantity and examine the scheme to four kinds of brain waves. Result show EEG-2000R and NeuroScan EEG of technology company examine about Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta that brain produce, etc. at the brain wave form in quantity, Having 0.761 dependence equally, it is highest to have 0.952 dependence with Alpha wave among them.
