The intent of this paper is to investigate the influence of different lighting environment on objective and subjective. In this study, the mainly of the physiological measurement mode is measuring EEG and HRV, as an indicator to explore the impact on subject's objective of the lighting envivorment, and using psychological questionnaires as subjective evaluation of the subject's physiological effects. 28 participants (19 male and 9 female) participate in the experiment, all participants will accepted 4 group experiment it's random, the varied- illuminance lighting, varied-colore temperature lighting, dim light and full dark room, respectively, in the experiment lighting environment. Their EEG and ECG are detected during the whole processing, fill in the questionnaire after experiment total time is 1 hr.
According to the dynamic lighting results, the light source that changes the color temperature can improve the quality of sleep more than the change of illumination, the quality of sleep with varied-color temperature and dim light are better than full dark room. The subjects of brain wave for δ/β, β/α and θ/α impact of the significant rise. The objective assessment result is consistent with the subjective assessment result. This proved vaied-color temperature really help to improve the quality of sleep.
