  • 工業電腦領域中安規認證對價值創新的影響極具潛力。如何加強安規認證以確保產品在市場上合法銷售至關重要,公司應強化產品開發中的安規認證,提高市場競爭力,同時增強客戶信心。本研究深入探討在安規認證過程中,工業電腦設計面臨的挑戰和市場變化。透過文獻回顧,強調安規認證在產品開發中的不可或缺性,並深入剖析價值創新的相關理論,包括破壞性創新和漸進性創新。本研究以質性研究法,呈現個案公司(新漢股份有限公司)的背景和安規認證過程。在研究結果中,透過執行者、決策者和認證單位代表的多方觀點分析,全面了解安規認證對工業電腦價值創新、挑戰、市場變化和競爭力的影響。結論部分凝聚了研究的主要發現,提出確實可行的建議,同時深入討論了研究的限制與未來發展方向。本研究建議公司持續進行技術積累和新技術投資,確保技術上的領先地位,同時將安規認證納入新技術開發流程,提升產品的安全性和合規性。公司應保持戰略的靈活性,隨時調整企業戰略應對新興技術和法規變化的不確定性,最終提升產品價值,滿足客戶需求,在市場中脫穎而出。


    In the field of industrial computers, safety certification has the potential to significantly impact value innovation. Strengthening safety certification to ensure the legal marketability of products is crucial, and companies should enhance safety certification in product development to increase market competitiveness while boosting customer confidence. This study delves into the challenges and market changes faced by industrial computer design during the safety certification process. Through a literature review, the indispensability of safety certification in product development is emphasized, along with an in-depth analysis of relevant theories on value innovation, including disruptive innovation and Incremental innovation. Using a qualitative research approach, this study presents the background and safety certification process of a case company NEXCOM International Co., Ltd. The research results provide a comprehensive understanding of the impact of safety certification on value innovation, challenges, market changes, and competitiveness in industrial computers, based on perspectives from practitioners, decision-makers, and certification unit representatives. The conclusion synthesizes the main findings, offers practical recommendations, and thoroughly discusses the limitations and future directions of the research. The study suggests that companies should continue accumulating technological expertise and investing in new technologies to maintain a leading position. Additionally, integrating safety certification into new technology development processes is advised to enhance product safety and compliance. Maintaining strategic flexibility is crucial for companies to adapt their strategies to uncertainties arising from emerging technologies and regulatory changes, ultimately elevating product value, meeting customer demands, and standing out in the market.
