  • 本研究旨在透過二代接班者的視角探討麗芳時裝社如何在傳統成衣產業中應對市場挑戰並實行企業轉型。本研究採用個案研究方法,詳細分析了公司面臨的外部環境壓力、內部管理挑戰、技術能力需求以及轉型過程中的策略調整。麗芳時裝社的經驗顯示,僅有透過創新的商業模式和靈活的管理策略,才能在人力成本上升和市場需求變化的大環境中維持競爭力,並擴展業務範圍。
    研究中特別強調了二代接班者導入新技術和市場策略,從而推動企業的社會責任實踐和社區參與。通過參與社區服務、環保專案和慈善活動,麗芳時裝社不僅提升了企業形象,也增強了與社區的聯繫,提高了企業的持續發展潛力。
    此外,本研究也探討了如何透過企業社會責任和環境、社會及治理準則來強化企業與社區的互動,進一步鞏固企業的社會影響力,並在教學指引部分,本研究運用客製化商業模式、資源拼湊理論、創業家精神以及企業社會責任等理論,來引導學生經由討論本個案掌握各理論的實務運用。這些策略不僅幫助麗芳時裝社在困難時期保持穩定,也為其他傳統產業的企業提供了一個轉型升級和應對市場變化的參考模式。


    This study aims to explore how Li-Fang Fashion Store responds to market challenges and undergoes corporate transformation in the traditional garment industry from the perspective of second-generation successors. Employing a case study method, the research provides a detailed analysis of the external environmental pressures, internal management challenges, technological capability requirements, and strategic adjustments during the transformation process. The experience of Li-Fang Fashion Store demonstrates that only through innovative business models and flexible management strategies can a company maintain competitiveness and expand its business scope in an environment of rising labor costs and changing market demands.
    The study particularly emphasizes how second-generation successors introduce new technologies and market strategies to promote the company's social responsibility practices and community engagement. By participating in community service, environmental projects, and charitable activities, Li-Fang Fashion Store not only enhances its corporate image but also strengthens its ties with the community, thereby increasing its potential for sustainable development.
    Furthermore, this study explores how to enhance corporate and community interactions through corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, thereby solidifying the company's social impact. In the teaching guidance section, the research utilizes theories such as customized business models, bricolage theory, entrepreneurial spirit, and corporate social responsibility to guide students in practically applying these theories through the case discussion. These strategies not only help Li-Fang Fashion Store maintain stability during challenging times but also provide a reference model for other traditional industry companies to transform, upgrade, and respond to market changes.
