新加坡某建築企業，70年代由創始人在新加坡創建，從土木工程專案起步、開拓建築、房地產、建築材料、設備、設施服務等業務，承辦住宅、工業和商業專案以及土木工程專案的建設。並成功上市，成為本土建築企業知名品牌，頗具影響力。個案企業在運營中探索、發展自有模式，並獲得長足發展。在商業模式、成本控制、專案管理、內部運營、人才培養方面都有其獨到之處，頗具研究和借鑒價值。
本研究採用個案研究方法，以個案公司為研究對象。探討個案公司運用核心競爭能力，在公司為擴大追求經營成長價值及營運目標下，如何作出適當的經營策略，進行分析及執行研究。歸納出研究結論如下：
個案公司選取專案之出發點決定企業的市場定位；新加坡國家經濟與政策助力企業發展和創新；建築行業的經營態勢影響著企業的策略方向；企業運營策略基於現實資源與發展規劃而確定和實施。面對互聯網技術的升級及應用，傳統行業面對巨大挑戰和機遇。組織管理團隊培育及善用是建立基業長青企業的基礎和源動力。

A construction enterprise in Singapore was founded by its founder in Singapore in the 1970s. It started from civil engineering projects, developed businesses such as construction, real estate, building materials, equipment, and facilities services, and undertook the construction of residential, industrial and commercial projects as well as civil engineering projects. And through the successful listing, became a well-known and influential brand of local construction enterprises. Individual enterprises explore and develop their own modes in operation, and achieve considerable development. It is unique in the business model, including project management, internal operation, and cost control.
This study adopts the case study method and takes the case company as the research object. To explore how the company, by using its core competencies, can develop appropriate business strategies, conduct analysis and conduct executive research in the context of the company's pursuit of business growth value and operational objectives. The research conclusions are summarized as follows:
The starting point of the selected project determines the market positioning of the company. Singapore's national economy and policies to facilitate enterprise development and innovation; The operating situation of the construction industry which affects the strategic direction of enterprises. Enterprise operation strategy is determined and implemented based on realistic resources and development planning. Faced with the upgrading and application of Internet technology, traditional industries are faced with great challenges and opportunities. Organizational management team cultivation and good use is the foundation and source power to establish a business enterprise.
