With the global environmental changes and trends, changes in market demand, from the rise of massive sites、the network bubble to the financial turmoil、mobile devices and the network under the large data patterns, etc., To enable the organization to develop and grow. Need to continue to interact with the external environment to understand customer needs, and for interactive results to adjust the organization's internal resources, strategies, and technologies to make products close to market trends and requirements. However, the importance of understanding the external environment is difficult to implement within the organization, so this study uses the absorptive capacity to analyze how the organization interacts with the external environment. Applies the absorptive capacity to commercialize its interactive results and observe how the organization. Uses the dynamic capability to adjust its internal resources、decision and architecture, etc., to collect its information through the case study, and to analyze and develop a set of the innovative information service development process in line with external changes.
How to continually interact with the external environment from the perspective of absorptive capacity, and to analyze how the organization dynamically adjusts its internal capacity based on the interactive results through the dynamic viewpoint. The results of the internal adjustment will affect the next stage of the organization's external Environmental interaction, through the continuous absorption of external interaction with the results, and dynamic change within the organization has reached the information service innovation process.
This study explores the development process of the case object, which divides the process into the three stages of the elaboration of the company,、the three stages of the OpView product ripening period and the maturity of the OpView product. The three aspects of the absorptive capacity (Recognize、Assimilate and Commercialize) and the dynamic capability(Process、Position and Path) to explore how the organization can use the knowledge of goods based on the adjustment of internal assets、decision and architecture, and so on, to explore the three-stage development of the organization. The organization of three-stage development, how to interact with the dynamic capability of the process of their products can be close to the market trends and needs, and finally, aggregated and organize a set of "innovative information service development process architecture" for other organizations as a basis for the development process.
