  • 隨著無線充電的技術成熟發展,越來越多的智慧型手機內建無線充電的功
    能,消費者期待無處不在的充電服務,也帶動了公共場域中手機無線充電基礎建
    設的發展商機。雖然在無線充電的領域有多篇的研究論文發表,但是大多是以技
    術面的角度探討無線充電,少有整合學術與實務來探討市場的推動、產業生態圈
    的擴展、以及適用於無線充電服務的商業模式。本研究以手機無線充電運營商作
    為研究對象,在既有的技術以及市場規模之下,分析手機無線充電的產業背景、
    趨勢以及產業價值鏈,透過商業模式畫布的架構以及組成要素分析,探討手機無
    線充電服務的商業營運模式,運用產品加上平台所提供的多邊平台樣式,擴大手
    機無線充電基礎建設的布建,推動市場規模,建立完整的產業生態圈。
    本研究主要的發現如下:(一) 手機無線充電的產業需要由製造走向服務,
    在公共場所大量布建無線充電服務才能擴大產業價值鏈;(二)無線充電運營商
    負責無線充電服務的平台建立、硬體布建與維護管理的環節,在產業價值鏈中扮
    演市場推動者的角色,是產業價值鏈中重要的一環;(三)建議無線充電運營商
    採用多邊平台樣式,以平台的經營為主,積極擴展與基礎建設提供者的合作關係,
    並吸引使用者加入平台。
    本研究整合理論與實務,推導手機無線充電運營商的商業模式,對手機無
    線充電運營商短、中、長期之經營策略以及獲利模式提出建議,期望能夠作為企
    業發展手機無線充電服務之參考,觸發市場價值,讓手機無線充電的服務真正走
    向消費者,亦可做為日後其他無線充電新創產業市場行銷策略開發之參考。


    2017 represents a pivotal year for mobile wireless charging. With the new iPhone
    models that feature wireless charging are in the hands of consumers, we now are
    seeing the strong momentum for mobile wireless charging ecosystem expanding in
    installations in public locations. As the growth of mobile wireless charging service
    market and mainstream adoption is on an accelerated path, companies seek for a
    business model in bringing wireless charging into countless public locations. Few
    research studies have addressed the business model of enabling wireless power
    infrastructure and service in an initial phase.
    The main objective of this research is to match the business model into the
    wireless charging service. By analyzing the industry trends and the core elements of
    business model (via business model canvas), the main findings of this study are: (1)
    The trends and the changes which provide the business opportunities to wireless
    charging service operator; (2) The industry value chain of the whole mobile wireless
    charging industry and the value of wireless charging service operator; (3) A practical
    business model that ideally represent how service operator provide value to customers
    and make profit by precise profile of products and services; (4) The multi-sided
    platform has been identified as the pattern fits to wireless charging service operator to
    overcome the scaling challenges.
    The primary contribution of this research is to develop and design new business
    model for mobile wireless charging service operator by systematic approach. The
    integration of products and platform specializing in the control and management of
    wireless power infrastructure, enable customers to deploy, monitor and monetize
    wireless charging deployments. We consider this supports wireless charging service in
    achieving its success.
