  • 本論文的目的是探討企業所使用的企業管理策略。
    成功的物理治療實踐,Springfield Physiotherapy (SP) 開發和
    在最初 3 年的業務運營中維護他們的組織。這
    從 4 名員工到 11 名員工的小型實踐的過渡和發展

    The purpose of this thesis is to explore the business management strategies used by a
    successful physiotherapy practice, Springfield Physiotherapy (SP) to develop and
    maintain their organisation through the initial 3 years of business operation. The
    transition and development from a small practice comprises of 4 employees to 11
    employees and expansion of a shop size of 67m2 to 139m2 to include a new clinical
    Pilates/gym rehabilitation space. To-date, SP has over 12,000 clients in the database.
