強科技在特殊空調設備產業經營30年，代理國外品牌產品銷售與服務。由於面臨設備進入衰退期、同業競爭與大陸贗品陸續進入臺灣市場等挑戰，使公司在2018年首度出現營運虧損，引發經營上的省思。

Tenchamp has been in the special air conditioning equipment industry for 30 years, being the sales and service agency of foreign brand products. Due to facing the challenge of degenerating stage in equipment, industry competition and the entry of counterfeit products from China into Taiwan market, Tenchamp recorded its first operating loss in 2018, triggering reflection on business.

At this moment, Tenchamp conducted business transformation, such as product value-added enhancement, equipment patent protection, professional personnel improvement, target customer and channel modification, to improve managers' participation and cooperation, enhancing its operating efficiency.

The backflow of foreign investments and Taiwanese businesses in China started to increase in 2019. With the guidance of government policies and the incentive of investment regulations, investment in Taiwan could enjoy tax reduction and exemption. Under this wave of factory construction, the demand for special air conditioning equipment increased, which was the best opportunity for transformation. By the nine elements in the business model, Tenchamp had innovated its resource value and reduced operating costs. Not only are profits and competitive advantages created, Tenchamp also continued its goal of long-term stable profit and sustainable management.
