近年來不論是中美貿易、二代接班、超級風暴，還是工廠失火這些不確定因素都無法預測，而且往往導致供應鏈中斷對公司造成的衝擊及損失，必須不斷探討其可能性，進而妥善管理突如其來的風險。因此供應商的選擇決定了該供應商所伴隨的風險因子，不同的風險因子影響了供應鏈中的不同環節，而嚴重性也不一致，探討並識別這些可能的風險因子，對企業來說是一重要課題。本研究A公司工廠對其重要供應商有定期進行稽核，但要如何有效的利用執行供應商稽核分析作業來釐清影響供應商風險之關鍵因子，而可以更進一步透過資料分析獲得不同風險因子與供應商績效之關係，以便未來透過電子化資料庫的建立與整合來增進供應商風險評估作業的績效，並提升評估結果的可利用性。

In recent years, uncertainties such as Sino-US trade, second-generation succession, super storm, or factory fire are unpredictable, and often lead to the impact and loss of the supply chain disruption to the company.
