  • 本研究欲透過日記式研究法,探討科技輔助額外工作(TASW)對職家衝突、工作壓力、工作績效、工作投入之關係。主要研究目的有兩項:(一) 科技輔助額外工作行為與職家衝突、工作壓力、工作績效之關係。(二)科技輔助額外工作行為以外溢理論角度探討對隔天變項之關係。
    本研究透過日記式研究法探討上述目的,資料蒐集方式採用問卷調查法,樣本發放對象為持有智慧型手機使用者之上下班時間固定者,共募集了 34 位研究對象。首先,發放 1 次的個人層次問卷,共回收了 34 份有效問卷。其次,對 34位受測者發放連續 15 天的問卷,但僅選擇受測者周一至周五之「工作日」樣本,故最終回收有效問卷 531 份。透過階層線性模型(HLM)驗證假說後發現,科技輔助額外工作越高,當日工作家庭衝突越高、當日工作績效越高;科技輔助額外工作越高時,隔日家庭工作衝突越高、隔日工作績效越高。


    This study explored the relationships among TASW, Work-Family conflict, Job stress, Job performance and Work engagement. There are two research questions:(1) The relationship between TASW, Work-Family conflict, Job stress, Job performance and Work engagement.(2)The relationship between TASW and tomorrow Family-Work conflict ,tomorrow job stress ,job performance and tomorrow work engagement. Use the spillover theory.
    Diary study was used to collect 34 full-time workers who use smart phone for 15 consecutive days. First, send the individual level questionnaire to respondents for one time data. Then, collect the daily data for 15 days in a row, but only for work days.
    Finally, 531valid surveys were collected. Results of hierarchical linear modeling analyses showed that the TASW is positive work-family conflict, job performance, tomorrow Family-work conflict, tomorrow job performance.
