  • 台灣有高達93%的臺灣民眾有外食的習慣,也由於電子商務的蓬勃發展進而帶動了整合型餐飲外送平台於臺灣的普及程度。作為與消費者溝通媒介的網頁與應用程式,如何仰賴使用者介面在餐飲業者與消費者之間傳達清楚的資訊、並讓消費者操作流暢成為此服務的關鍵。因此,本研究目的在為尚在發展的階段中的整合型餐飲外送平台整理出介面優化的方向,並了解資訊不同呈的現方式與出現時機對於資訊傳遞的影響。希望能夠加強雙方在平台上的資訊傳遞,提高使用者介面的使用性與使用者經驗。
    本研究實驗共分兩階段進行,第一階段為前導實驗:針對臺灣前三大整合型餐飲外送平台進行使用性測試,透過問卷調查、績效量測與訪談釐清各平台之需求與問題點,並進一步了解受測者在操作介面上的主觀感受。
    第二階段為驗證實驗:根據前導實驗的結果,得出使用者介面上待優化的方向,採用2(有無彈跳視窗)x3(資訊呈現方式)雙因子混合實驗設計進行驗證,「有無彈跳視窗」分為(1)有彈跳視窗、(2)無彈跳視窗兩個層級;而「資訊呈現方式」分為(1)大圖搭配文字、(2)小圖搭配文字、(3)純文字列表三個層級。透過分析受測者的任務操作時間、使用性與滿意度,並得出符合整合型餐飲外送平台的使用者介面組合。
    研究結果顯示:(1)整合型餐飲外送平台的資訊呈現方式會對使用性與滿意度造成影響;(2)大圖搭配文字的資訊呈現方式在操作績效、使用性和滿意度皆優於小圖搭配文字和純文字列表;(3)彈跳視窗的有無並不會影響對介面的使用性與滿意度;(4)資訊呈現方式加入彈跳視窗的組合在介面呈現上的滿意度比「沒有彈跳視窗」的組合高。


    93% of citizen have the eating-out habit in Taiwan and the O2O model is flourishing in the present and leads to the popularity of integrated food delivery platform. The user interface is the medium of communication, how to convey the clear information with better usability between food industry and consumers becomes the key point for integrated food delivery platform service. The purpose of this study is to optimize the user interface, and understand the impact of different information display and timing on conveying information. It is hoped to be enhanced between two parties, and also improve the usability and user experience at same time.
    The experiments in this study consist of two stages: (1) Pre-test: Conduct usability testing on three representative integrated food delivery platforms in Taiwan, and further explore the difference by questionnaire, performance measures, and interviews in order to clarify the user needs and problems.
    The verification experiment is based on the results of the pre-test, and the improvement of user interface is regarded as the main direction of research. It is conducted on the 2 (with/without pop-up windows) by 3 (information display) two-way mixed factorial design. The pop-up windows are divided into two levels: (1) With pop-up windows; (2) Without pop-up windows. The information display are divided into three levels: (1) Content with big image; (2) Content with small image; (3) Text list. By analyzing performance measures, usability, and satisfaction form subjects, it leads to the better user interface combination for integrated food delivery platform.
    The results show that: (1) The information displays do affect the usability and satisfaction for integrated food delivery platforms. (2) Content with big image in performance, usability, and satisfaction are better than content with small image and text list. (3) With/without pop-up windows have no effect on usability and satisfaction. (4) The addition of pop-up windows to the information display have great satisfaction with interface display aspects.
