  • 本研究旨在探討組織氣候、員工共通職能與其從事非正式學習頻率之間的關係,我們也分析了不同員工在這三項變數之間的差異。此研究採問卷調查法,資料蒐集來自台灣的銀行產業。研究結果顯示:(1)組織氣候與非正式學習參與之間有正相關,(2)員工本身共通職能發展與其參與非正式學習活動頻率有正相關,(3)組織氣候與員工本身共通職能發展有正相關。


    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among organizational climate, generic competence, and informal learning using a questionnaire survey from Taiwan’s banking industry. The individual differences among these three variables are also revealed.
    The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive relationship between the organizational climate and the engagement in informal learning; (2) the development of generic competence is positively related to the degree of informal learning engagement; and (3) there is a positive relationship between the organizational climate and the individual’s development of generic competence.
