建築材料、構造、樣式因應時代背景而有所不同,臺灣是數百年來歷經不同政權、文化轉換的地區,使建材使用不僅涉及地緣,更與傳統文化、建築與產業技術革新等息息相關。都市紋理構成則受到地理環境、人文建築、產業發展等因素相互影響,隨著時間發展或改變樣貌。臺北都市發展歷程與產業的變化密切,可透過產業建築為媒介分析歷史建築。
本研究以大臺北都市地區紅磚造倉庫為研究範圍,結合歷史背景、與環境資料,選擇具有文化資產身分的9座紅磚造倉庫探討產業建築隨都市發展演進而產生的變遷,以產業類別、地理區位、興建年代等條件為基準進行區分。研究方法含文獻資料蒐集、歷史圖資整合、案例環境演變量化計算,由倉庫本體擴大至都市範圍進行研究。研究工具含照相測量法與擴增實境軟體平台,透過前者建構各案例建築細部之數位3D模型庫,再以擴增實境數位化平台為工具比較案例之間的異同。受限於COVID-19疫情的影響,本研究於現地虛實比對外,更以室內虛擬比對配合照相測量法二次建模,於遠端檢視比對建築模型。
本研究共計為9座倉庫參照102張各地的歷史圖資分析並用約4100張相片建構成162個3D數位模型,將紅磚造倉庫建築現況以資料庫紀錄,並導入擴增實境技術使各案例細部可進行交互比對。在釐清臺北地區產業發展脈絡的同時,資料庫與擴增實境應用可輔助建築文化資產保存,歷史圖資分析協助建立倉庫與地域歷史發展之關連性。
Architectural materials, construction methods, and styles presented different background characteristics of time. After hundreds of years’ transformation of Taiwan’s culture and regime, construction materials were closely related to geographic distribution, humanistic architecture, and industry development, with specific evolved appearances. The history of Taipei was closely connected to the development of industry. Warehouse is a perfect subject to explore historical architecture.
This study aims to explore brick warehouse by historical background, geographic distribution, and environmental data in Taipei. Nine warehouses were selected to analyze their interaction between industry and the evolvement of urban fabrics. The warehouses were classified by industry types, locations, and construction date. Research methods included literature review, the integration and analysis of historical maps, and the quantification of environmental evolvement. The scope was enlarged from the warehouse to the urban fabric in peripherals. Research tools included photogrammetry software and augment reality (AR) platform. The former was used to reconstruct 3D models of building details. The latter compared the difference of 3D details between various warehouses. Subject to the impact of COVID-19 pandemics, the AR-based comparison was conducted in the field and in the interior space. In addition to the AR comparison, the inspection was also conducted remotely through video conference.
This study has analyzed 102 historical maps and reconstructed 162 3D models for those nine warehouses by using about 4100 pictures. In addition to document the as-built warehouse details in AR database, the models can be compared interactively cross different warehouses. The AR platform and database of building details preserved architectural culture. The analysis of historical maps enhanced the comprehension of the interrelationship made between warehouse and regional development.
