近年來發光二極體LED照明被大力提倡,但是LED的指向性很強,如果直接拿來照明,對人眼會造成眩光的不適感。為了加速取代傳統燈具,我們設計的燈具須具備傳統燈具的特性,諸如發光強度或是幾何結構等等。本論文使用一根散射導光柱將點光源變成線光源來取代檯燈螢光燈管,導光柱的表面將會鍍上一層具散射及反射特性的網點,此網點會改變LED原本朗伯的配光曲線,使光線均勻的從導光柱下方出光。 我們分析LED各角度的能量,並根據幾何光學的原理來調整網點分配的比例,以達到最佳化的均勻照明。最後,我們參考日本JIS C 8112規定的檯燈規範來設計反射罩並分析散射導光柱取代傳統螢光燈管的可行性。
The recent increase in environmental awareness has focused on Light Emitting Diodes (LED) lighting; however, LED has strong directionality, and when used for direct illumination, it will produce an uncomfortable glare for the human eye. In order to replace traditional lamps, the lighting portion should have similar characteristics to traditional lamps, such as intensity distribution and geometric parameters of traditional sources. This study used a scattering light pipe to transform a quasi-point source into an extended light source to replace fluorescent tubes. The light pipe was coated with scattering patterns, which could change the Lambertian intensity distribution of LED, and scatter light out from the bottom of the light pipe. The energy of LED was analyzed from all angles, and the scattering ratio of the dot patterns was adjusted based on principle of geometrical optics to achieve the best uniformity of illumination. Finally, we refer to the standard of desk lamp in JIS C 8112 to design reflectors for scattering light pipe and analyse the possibility of replacing traditional fluorescent tubes.
