「價值創新、傳承與轉型」是企業持續要面對的議題,我們該關注的不僅是產品、服務或技術層面的創新,更該關注到管理創新、營運創新,甚至是商業模式的創新,也就是對客戶整體價值的轉變。而實務上,真正能創造客戶價值提升的企業卻非常少。
對眾多辛苦經營的傳統企業而言,價值創新或轉型之路更顯急迫。個案公司的轉型之路,一路走來相當辛苦,面臨諸多挑戰,有階段性進展、也有挫折。個案公司的轉型過程,為眾多在轉型之途辛苦前進的企業經營者及團隊們,提供省思。
"Value Innovation , Inheritance and Transformation" is an ongoing issue for companies. We should focus not only on innovation in products, services or technology, but also on management innovation, operational innovation, and even business model innovation. The shift in the overall value of the customer. In practice, there are very few companies that can really create customer value.
For many traditional companies that are hard-working, the road to value innovation or transformation is even more urgent. The transformation of the case company has been very hard along the way, facing many challenges, staged progress, and setbacks. The transformation process of the case company provides reflections for many business operators and teams who have worked hard on the road to transformation.
