  • 摘要
    本文管理個案—川豐木創,屬裝潢木作代工。經過18年的努力,現今主要經營範疇集中在數位空間設計整合、數位設計數位施工、自動化數位生產製造相關產業,針對不同的公共藝術、商業空間、豪宅、小屋,滿足顧客需求與消費趨勢,設計生產各種消費者喜愛的設計組合,並已發展到服務規模。
    營運至今日階段,川豐若要再向前跨出一步擴展版圖,正站在抉擇分叉路口的總經理,面臨的挑戰與思考未來的發展方向:是精實組織繼續守住既有版圖?或是組織再造放眼全台市場擴展版圖呢?本論文包含個案內容和教師手冊兩部分,透過本論文,藉此培養讀者了解領導者決策思維,須嚴謹客觀分析,比較其所掌握資訊與自我優劣,進而在往後碰到類似情境時,能從個案中獲得不同面相的啟發,增加思考的層面,提升決策的執行成效。此外,本論文可以讓學習者了解,中小企業在成長的過程中,掌握的資源與組織能力相對薄弱,當相關聯產業與資本結構迅速轉變,於動態環境下,所面臨組織調整、轉型或升級,唯有創新才能迎接挑戰再展新局。


    Abstract
    The case of this paper, Chuan Feng Muchuang, belongs to a wooden factory. After 18 years of hard work, the main business scope is now focused on digital space design and integration, digital design and construction, and related industries that automate digital production and manufacturing, aiming at different public art, commercial space, luxury housing, and general apartments to meet customer needs and consumer trends, design and production of a variety of consumer favorite product, and the development of business scale.
    In the current stage of operation, Chuan Feng’s Wu General Manager is standing at the crossroads of choice. If the company wants to expand its field, it will face challenges and think about the future direction of development: is the lean organization continuing to hold onto the existing territory? Or after the reorganization, that expanded the entire Taiwan market territory? This paper contains two parts: the content of the case and the teacher's manual. Through this paper, to allow readers to understand the leader’s decision-making thinking, rigorous and objective analysis is required. Compare the information and understanding company's strengths and weaknesses. When confronted with similar situations in the future, they can be inspired by different aspects of the case, increase the level of thinking, and enhance the effectiveness of decision-making. In addition, this paper allows learners to understand that resources and organizational capabilities of SMEs are relatively weak in the process of growth. When the relevant industries and capital structure change rapidly, in the dynamic environment, the situation which facing organizational restructuring, transformation or upgrading, only innovation can meet the challenges and develop a new game.
