  • 隨著工業的進步,人們的環境也因為著社會的進步而變得更加悠閒與舒適,而舒適的環境中也充滿了很多先進的環境設備,例如:更加智能化的家電、更加人性化的生活環境。因此,為了追求更高品質的生活,人們對於各式各樣的電器的依賴性也漸漸的增加。目前市面上很多的傳統產品都會依照時代的改變,或是被更加前衛的產品來取代,而當大家使用的電器的機會增加時,電器中變壓轉換裝置的安全性也變得非常的重要了。因為時代的進步,很多的產品是一直的再創新與求變,不過傳統的整流器與變壓器在電器與工業機械上還是不可或缺與取代的。既然沒有辦法取代,它就會被廣泛的使用,所以它的保護裝置是非常重要的。選擇優良的保護裝置廠商,方可達到對使用者的安全有著更完善的保障。
    本研究主要目的為評選整流器與變壓器保護裝置之供應商,憑藉修正式德爾菲法(Modified Delphi Method)來決定評選的關鍵因素,並且由專家團隊問卷方式來決定其主要4大構面12項準則,之後透過分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)對各層級架構內的權重加以計算其結果,並施作一致性的檢定。完成後的研究結果發現保護裝置供應商最重要的關鍵構面為「價格」,其次為「品質」、「技術」及「服務」,由此來做整流器與變壓器保護裝置之供應商的評選建議,交付給個案T公司的決策小組人員及導入專案小組做為未來的決策法則。


    With the advancement of industry, people's environment has become more leisurely and comfortable due to the progress of society. The comfortable environments are also for many of advanced environmental equipment, such as: smarter home appliances and more intelligent life environment. Therefore, in order to pursue a higher quality of life, engineers developed various electrical appliances has gradually increased. At present, many traditional products will be replaced by more avant-garde products according to the changes of the times in the market. When everyone used more and more electrical appliances, the protection of the electrical appliance must become very important. Because of the different generations, many products are constantly re-innovating and seeking changes, the traditional rectifiers and transformers are still indispensable and replaceable in electrical appliances and industrial machines. Since there is no way to replace it so it will be widely used. The protection device is very important. Only by choosing a good protective device manufacturer, we can achieve a more complete guarantee for the safety of users.
    The main purpose of this study is to select suppliers of rectifier and transformer protection devices. The key factors of the selection are determined by the Modified Delphi Method (MDM), and the main 4 dimensions are determined and questionnaire with 12 factors is used to ask the expert team. Then, this study calculates the weights by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). After that, the result of weights in each hierarchy are calculated and the results are confirmed for consistency. After the completion of the research, it was found that the most important key dimension of protection device suppliers is "Pricing", followed by "Quality", "Technology" and "Service." Based on this, we make recommendations for the selection of suppliers of rectifier and transformer protection devices, delivered to the decision-making team members of the case company T and introduced into the project team as a future decision-making rule.
