本研究以C 個案公司為例,探討儲能系統市場的機會與挑戰,並提供相應的市場進入與研發策略。C 個案公司是一家專門生產製作高品質可靠度的客製化電子卡片及系統整合的企業,客製化商業模式為主要營運策略。受非核家園政策影響,主要客戶的需求發生變化,C 個案公司需尋求新的市場機會。本研究將運用PESTLE、五力分析、BCG、SWOT、TPLAN 等分析工具,評估外部環境、競爭環境、業務組合資源分配、內部優勢劣勢和策略規劃。研究結果揭示儲能系統市場的主要趨勢、競爭格局和客戶需求,確定C 個案公司在市場中的定位和潛在機會。並且評估C 個案公司的內部資源與能力,找出在儲能系統市場中的競爭優勢與劣勢。基於以上分析,最後將規劃C 個案公司三年的發展策略藍圖,以實現業務增長和競爭力提升。


This study uses Company C as a case study to explore the opportunities and challenges in the energy storage system market, and provides corresponding market entry and research and development strategies. Company C is a specialized enterprise that produces high-quality and reliable custom electronic cards and system integration, with a primary focus on a customized business model. Due to the impact of the non-nuclear home policy, there have been changes in the demands of its key customers, and Company C needs to seek new market opportunities.
This research applies analytical tools such as PESTLE analysis, Five Forces analysis, BCG matrix, SWOT analysis, and TPLAN to evaluate the external environment, competitive landscape, resource allocation in the business portfolio, internal strengths and weaknesses, and strategic planning. The research findings reveal the major trends, competitive dynamics, and customer demands in the energy storage system market, determining the positioning and potential opportunities for Company C in the market. Additionally, an assessment is conducted on Company C's internal resources and capabilities to identify its competitive advantages and disadvantages in the energy storage system market.
Based on the above analysis, a three-year development strategy blueprint is formulated for Company C to achieve business growth and enhance competitiveness.
