近年來，由於資訊網路快速發展，帶動產業資訊電腦化，企業集團內總公司、各分公司、子公司或其關係企業間亟需資訊交換。當不同的資訊平台要進行交流時，兩端的應用系統除需提供企業營運功能外，尚須設計網路連線機制及兼顧網路管理功能。
如果我們在設計系統時，能夠統一開發連線應用系統介面，運用共同介面模組，達到企業網路資源共用並建立統一的安全管理監控機制，則在應用系統開發方面，僅需考量應用程式之企業邏輯設計，依循網路介面設計原則，即可節省開發成本並快速擴展系統應用。由於企業所需之網路應用系統介面的開發成本並不便宜，非一般中小企業所能負荷。如有已開發完成的範例提供參考或有標準規範供廠商依循，則比較容易開發運用。
本研究綜合歸納、分析網路應用介面的特性及其設計原則，並以財稅網路應用介面為範例，提供一套有效率的參考架構，提供大企業在規劃其企業網路管理資訊系統之參考，有助於提升企業資訊應用的開發及管理效益。

As the information network is developed rapidly to direct information technology trend of the industry, there is a demand for the information exchange among headquarters, subsidiary and related business partners. While different information platforms are communicating, the application in each platform is not only required to have the capability of operation performance, but also needed to provide the mechanism of networking connection and networking management.
While designing the system, enterprises can unify network connection application interface and common interface modules, to approach network resource sharing and set up unified security monitoring mechanism. In addition, in the aspect of developing application programs (APs), Enterpries only need to determine business logic for the design of APs instead of considering the application and business logic at the same time. Following the principle of network interface design, enterprises are enabled to reduce costs and quickly develop APs. Moreover, the cost to develop network APs is costly, rather than small and medium businesses can afford. If there is the template already implemented or the standard provided by the vendor, it is much easier for small and medium businesses to develop APs.

In the end, combined with the characteristics of financial data network application interface and the principle of design, it is helpful for enterprises to efficiently develop information application and enforce the performance of management level while planning network information system in the enterprise.
