  • 本文所針對之目標為動力手工具類之專利文件,欲透過程式介面快速、精確搜尋相關領域專利之零組件詞及技術、功能詞等專利專業詞彙,並且由搜尋出之零組件詞及技術、功能詞等,按其相關連屬性分類以Protege為建置工具建立本體論(Ontology)分類之用,建立以動力手工具為載具之本體論分類架構,可實現本體語意之分析,並且根據本體知識層級關係,建立零組件詞對應於技術、功能詞之權重排序評估模式。本系統中使用了兩種主要方法擷取關鍵零組件詞及技術、功能詞。第一,本研究以Protege依據欲建立之動力手工具的功能、知識來建立一本體知識分類圖,並將利用電腦程式快速、精確搜尋出之零組件詞及技術、功能詞進行知識連結,以達到深層知識分類,並搭配所搜尋之同義詞,建立同義詞詞庫,以利分析新專利領域知識之用。第二,搜尋專利文件之關鍵字所用之方法是利用英文文法特性,先針對冠詞(a、the、A)等,以程式快速、精確進行搜尋,比對分析其前後關連字,取出可能的零組件詞,並找尋專利文件中可能之同義詞;再者由此方法亦可快速、精確找出技術、功能詞等,最後再以層級分析法(AHP)建立一評估模式以供參考。綜合以上兩種方法論可縮短研發者解析該專利之核心價值之時間,提高搜尋之正確性及速度,以期進而縮短研發時間、成本等問題。


    With regards to the patent documents of power-driven hand tools, the purpose of this paper is to use the interface of computer application to speedily and accurately search for the specific terms of parts and components of the related patent scope and professional glossary of patent-related technology and functionality. Based on the relevance and correlation of the terms, technology and functionality that have been searched, Protégé is adopted as construction tool to build the category of Ontology, so as to build the Ontology categorization structure that uses power-driven hand tool as vehicle. By so doing, the analysis of ontological semantic can be realized. Also, based on the knowledge-level relationship of Ontology, the Weight Sequence Evaluation Model of the terms of the parts and components that correspond to the terms of technology and functionality can be built. This system uses two major methods to retrieve critical terms of parts and components, as well as that of technology and functionality. First of all, based on the functions and knowledge of power-driven hand tools that is intended to be built, this paper uses Protégé to build a knowledge categorization map of Ontology. By means of computer application, it can speedily and accurately search terms of parts and components and that of technology and functions to undergo knowledge connection, so that in-depth knowledge categorization can be achieved. By matching with the search result of synonym, a database of synonym can be built, so as to analyze the latest knowledge of the patent scope. Secondly, the method used to search the keywords of the patent documents has considered the characteristics of English grammar. By the adoption of computer application, it would first consider the articles (such as a, the and A) etc. to undergo speedy and accurate search, so as to compare and analyze the related words and come up with possible terms of parts and components, as well as search the possible synonym in the patent documents. Furthermore, this method can also speedily and accurately find the terms of technology and functionality etc. Finally, AHP is used to build an assessment model for reference. By combining the above two methodologies, the time used in understanding and analyzing the core value of a specific patent can be reduced, and the search accuracy and speed can be enhanced. It is expected that such methodology can reduce the time spent for research and development, as well as the production costs.
