Following the path of solar and wind energy, offshore wind power is gaining momentum in the race for the energy transition in Asia. Taiwan was currently the fastest growing offshore wind market in the Asian-Pacific region. While commending Taiwan for moving toward embracing renewable energy, the German experience indicates that there are ways to accelerate the transition.
Company X established a subsidiary in Taiwan that is committed to develop sustainable local supply of energy. The development has increased significantly indicating the lacking number of skilled workers. Therefore,the objective of this research is to study and analyze recruiting strategies for Company X as it continues to expand its worldwide service network and establish a new
regional unit in Taiwan. The researcher conducts extensive research collected through the laws mandated in Taiwan and related articles intended to perceive alternative cases for its appropriate recruiting method which contemplates to be the jump start to establishing a successful team for Company X which compose of duty manager, senior technician and junior technician for a newly
open company in a foreign land
