As the market changes faster and faster, high uncertainty in the environment, as well as the impact of globalization, the competitions between enterprises become more intense. How to survive in the marketplaces is the question that every organization needs to face. Increasing the management capacities has been one of the key factors cannot be ignored, so it has always been concerned about the issue in practice and academia. Today, information technology has been advanced greatly and influenced deeply on social change. Many companies and then seek the help of information technology, even consume time, money, resources and other costs to introduce IT, hoping to enhance the organization's management capabilities, but not every enterprise can achieve the expected benefits. Because the organizations get hard hit by unsuccessful introduction is very common, we want to know the differences and key factors by Chang Chun Group’s successful experience of using IT.
In this study, we observed Chang Chun Group’s E- phase, M- phase, and U-phase development of information technology, to know that how to create a unique information system to improve the relevant management capacity by using internal and external conditions and abilities in organization. And we want to explore the factors which IT affected management through the multi-level thinking of perspectives on management innovation which is deficiently used to analyze or discuss relevant issues in case studies. Therefore, we aim to bring the new management thinking and direction to academics and industries from this study, and provide a reference for enterprise managers.
