隨著人工智慧與機器學習的發展,愈來愈多企業開始利用如何開發出有效率的人工智慧系統來做數位轉型並提升競爭力,然而最簡單又容易入門的方式就是讓辦公室那些複雜又繁瑣的工作能夠透過人工智慧來完成,最近興起的新技術就是流程自動機器人。RPA並不是實體的機器人,而是一種透過人工智慧組成的軟體.而所謂的機器人代表的就是其中的虛擬員工,人工智慧透過跨平台的系統整合來讓工作流程自動化。在各行各業,凡是那些重複性高又低效率的工作都可以移轉給RPA去執行,人工智慧自動化提高資料的處理效率及準確率,避免員工失誤,同時也節省相關人力成本。但是企業要自動化首先會遇到的困難就是如何處理這些跨越系統的資料,在作業處理的流程中,一般都仰賴人工處理,也因此會有資料數據會有重覆輸入或輸入錯誤這些問題。本文研究的主要目的在於探討企業導入RPA的重要流程,透過相關的流程管理及業務流程順序建立相關模型來尋找出最佳的流程,並進一步順利導入RPA的方法、方式及實作流程,另外作者以現有的RPA(UiPath)開發出企業端管理的流程機器人在作者製造業客戶為例做為實作驗證,期待提供給各行各業未來在導入RPA的參考範例。
當企業內部的資訊系統越導向自動化時,就需要更高的統整能力將其串接起來,才能發揮資訊科技為企業所帶來的競爭優勢。因此,在 RPA 導入程序的各個階段裡,須以流程的持續改進和優化做為整體考量之依據,並依此原則來設計每一個 RPA。首先,設計者需要重新檢視流程是否有簡化的必要性,並以 RPA 的穩定性為訴求,進行完整的分析與設計,才能使流程在自動化後,可達到預期中的成效。


With the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning, more and more companies are beginning to use how to develop efficient artificial intelligence systems to do digital transformation and enhance competitiveness. However, the simplest and easy way to get started is to make the office complex and cumbersome. The work can be done through artificial intelligence. RPA is not a physical robot, but a software composed of artificial intelligence. The so-called robot represents the virtual employees in it. Artificial intelligence automates the workflow through cross-platform system integration. In all walks of life, all repetitive and inefficient tasks can be transferred to RPA for execution. Artificial intelligence automation improves the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, avoids employee errors, and saves related labor costs. However, the first difficulty that enterprises will encounter when they want to automate is how to deal with these data that cross the system. In the process of operation processing, they generally rely on manual processing. Therefore, there will be problems such as repeated input of data or input errors. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the important process of enterprises importing RPA, to find the best process through related process management and business process sequence establishment related models, and to further smoothly import RPA methods, methods and implementation processes. In addition, the author Taking the existing RPA software (UiPath) to develop an enterprise-side management process robot for the author's manufacturing customers as an example for implementation verification, we look forward to providing reference examples for all industries to introduce RPA in the future.
As the internal information system of an enterprise becomes more automated, it requires a higher integration capability to connect it together in order to give full play to the competitive advantages that information technology brings to the enterprise. Therefore, in each stage of the RPA introduction process, continuous improvement and optimization of the process must be taken as the basis for overall consideration, and each RPA must be designed according to this principle. First of all, the designer needs to re-examine the necessity of simplification of the process, and conduct a complete analysis and design based on the stability of RPA, so that the process can achieve the expected results after being automated.
