  • 本研究利用模糊網路層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Network Process, FANP)及 折衷排序法(VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, VIKOR) 評 估台灣資訊相關技術士證照之市場價值。研究結果顯示,需求是最重要的影響 構面,其次為供給構面與中介構面。在需求構面下,重要的次準則為工作收入 與就業機會;在供給構面下,證照的市場契合度為最重要的評估指標;在中介 構面顯示,政府與法規限制是最重要的影響因素。最後,根據折衷排序法的分 析結果,最為市場所器重的為電腦軟體設計技術士證照,其次是網頁設計技術 士證照、網路架設技術士證照,市場最不重青睞的是電腦硬體裝修技術士證照 與電腦軟體應用技術士證照。


    This study adopts the FANP (Fuzzy Analytic Network Process) and VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method to calculate the market value of information technician certificates in Taiwan. The empirical results reveal that the demand side of the certification is the most important aspect, followed by the supply and intermediary aspects. Furthermore, in terms of the demand aspect, the highly important sub-criteria are “the opportunity of a job” and “the salary level”. Under the supply aspect sub-criteria, the market-certificate fit is the most important evaluation factor. In terms of the intermediary aspect, “the government agencies and legislation” is the most important influencing factor. Finally, according to the results of the analysis of the VIKOR method, the “Computer software design” is the most important technician certificate in the market, followed by the “Website design” and “Network construction technician” certificates, but the rankings of the “Computer software application” and “Computer maintenance technician” certifications come last.
