  • 本文管理個案JH-Auto機械有限公司,屬於從事自動化設備研發、製造的中小型企業,主要研製印刷電路板(Printed circuit board, PCB)產業相關的自動化生產機械;目前PCB產業多以自動化設備輔以人力進行生產製造,個案公司主要研發重心著重於PCB產業的板邊處理產線自動化設備開發,歷經二十年的經營,客戶群涵蓋亞洲各地之印刷電路板廠,廣受客戶的肯定。
    自2011年德國提出工業4.0革命後,智能生產議題的延燒,成為製造業的未來營運的趨勢,JH-Auto公司身為自動化設備的供應商,其研發單位未來發展的方向,無可避免地需朝向協助客戶邁向智慧生產之路前進。文中敘述研發部李經理長期致力於自動化設備研發,在面對客戶提出智能工廠規劃需求時,重新審視團隊能力及公司內外部資源,所提出的建議方案及作為。
    透過案例的探討,可以讓學習者瞭解:
    1. 智慧自動化設備與智能工廠的規劃
    2. 工業4.0導入的風險與機會探討
    3. 製造服務化轉型的探討
    4. 產學合作與職能課程學習地圖分析
    本論文包含個案本文和教師手冊兩部分,探討個案企業在面對智慧自動化趨勢下,公司的處理與應對模式。透過本論文可以讓讀者瞭解風險管理、製造服務化與學習地圖等概念,進而作為未來參考的方向。


    This case study is regarding to JH-Auto Machine Corp. which is a small and medium company and engaged in developing and manufacturing of automatic facilities for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing. At the present time, PCB manufacturing is using automatic facilities as the major process, but still part of process need human touch. JH-Auto is focusing on PCB Auto Edge Beveling Machine over 20 years and the customers are all over the Asia major PCB manufacturers who are recognized JH-Auto’s products.
    Since 2011, Germany raised the evolution concept of Industrial 4.0 which is leading the trend of smart manufacture and effecting the future operation of manufacturers. As an automatic facility suppler of JH-Auto, their developing department has to consider how to create the product which can support their customer to migrate to smart manufacture in the near future. In this case study, Mr. Lee who is developing department manager and dedicated in automatic facility developing. He will re-evaluate the capability including internal and external resources and provide the evaluation proposal when JH-Auto get the inquiry from the customer for smart factory solution.
    After the case study, there are 4 points can be taken out :
    1. Smart automation facility and smart factory architecture can be learn
    2. The risks and opportunities to migrate to industrial 4.0
    3. Study for manufacturing oriented transforms to Service oriented
    4. Job function learning map design for University
    There are 2 portions of this report, one is case study contents, one is teaching manual. This case is studying how JH-Auto to handle impact of trend of smart automation. After the case studying, you may understand how to manage the risk and get the concept of transforming manufacture oriented to service oriented as well as industrial learning map build up. Further more, it can be the reference for those companies who want to migrate to industrial 4.0 manufacturer.
